Dr. Biju Ramachandran is a UK-registered dental surgeon with over twenty-five years of experience spanning complex restorative dentistry, implantology, and surgical rehabilitation. Holding prestigious memberships including the MFGDP (UK) and the Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, his clinical philosophy has always married micro-technical precision with profound empathy.
Beyond the dental operatory, Dr. Biju is recognized across the UK dental community as a passionate educator and clinical mentor. Having mentored over 650 dentists, he helps young practitioners conquer early-career anxiety, master complex treatment communication, and build sustainable, high-trust careers.
In 2016, he founded the SR Trust, a philanthropic mission providing mobile dental clinic vans, free surgical relief camps, and children’s preventative oral kits in rural and socioeconomically disadvantaged regions.

Why I Created the Mentorship Academy
Remembering the paralyzing isolation of my early career, I built this academy to protect overwhelmed young dentists from modern pressures. It is the supportive harbor I needed: a space to dissect failures, master techniques, and rediscover the joy of dentistry.
